Brash Solutions Gain Sharing System has been developed especially for Australian companies that want to reward employees according to performance to which they have contributed, on either an individual or group basis. On an individual basis, this package operates by offering employees a share of any gains generated in excess of a predetermined benchmark. On a group basis, employees are offered a share of a pooled fund, drawn from gains in excess of a predetermined benchmark applicable to the group as a whole.
